We understand that shopping online doesn't always mean getting the perfect fit the first time, which is why we've teamed up with Redo for an easy return or exchange experience.

returns + exchanges

and please ensure to meet the conditions of return as outlined below:

  • Honey Mark gladly accepts returns of unsoiled, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online or in person for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date your purchase is shipped from our warehouse
  • We do NOT accept items that have been worn, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning lotion, any bodily fluids, or other stains on items when trying on
  • Tags + hygiene liners must be attached and bra cups must be included in the returned packaging
  • Anything noted as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit in another form of payment
  • All shipping costs associated with all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Multiple orders cannot be returned in the same package 
  • When your product is returned to our department, you will receive a notification via email from Redo that your order has arrived at our location. Then, our Returns Department at Honey Mark will receive, review, and inspect your return. Please allow 3-7 business days for this process to take place once we've received your order.
  • Once your refund has been confirmed, it can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on the original form of payment
  • If you are hoping to exchange, but wish to receive your new suit faster, please place a return and order your new product(s) at your convenience
