Refund policy
Thank you for being a Honey Mark customer. We love that you appreciate the work we've put in to our uniquely designed suits, clothing and accessories. We want you to feel incredible and look amazing in everything you purchase from us. Occasionally though, we understand you may want to return or exchange your items because they're not quite right, so let's talk about returns and exchanges.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means your return must be delivered back to us within 30 days from the delivery date in order for a refund or exchange request to be granted.
All shipping costs associated with all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it- unsoiled, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags and hygiene strip still attached. Bra cups must also be returned with your order. We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, laundered, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting deodorant, makeup, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other stains on items when trying on. You are advised to not remove your underwear when you first try on the garments in your order until you are absolutely sure that the fit and style are exactly what you want.
To start a return on our online portal, please go to honeymark.co/pages/returns and click on the "start a return or exchange" button at the top of the page. Please ensure that the suit you're returning meets the conditions listed above.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
For exchanges, customers have 30 days to exchange their order. Please use the same link at honeymark.co/pages/returns to start the exchange process. This process can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on return delivery time along with the time it takes for our team to process your original return.
To receive your exchange quicker, simply make a separate purchase and return your previous order within the 30-day return window by following the returns process above.
Refunds
You will be notified by Returnly when your swimsuit has arrived at the Honey Mark Returns Department, then the Returns Department at Honey Mark will notify you once we’ve received, reviewed and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
