Q: What do your suits look like wet?
A: Because our suits are equipped with a water resistant coating, when they're splashed, the water will roll off, but when fully submerged, your suit will become wet and may stick to the body; however, the suits really do hold their shape! You can see different videos on our Instagram that show the suits wet - my favorite is this one here.
Q: Do your swimsuits work for long torsos and tall women?
A: Yes! All of our styles are created to fit short, average, and long torsos along with petite, average and tall body types. On our Instagram page, we have highlight bubbles saved of variously shaped women trying on every swimsuit and clothing style currently on our website.
Q: What is your size range?
A: Our 2024 women's sizes start at XS and go up to size 4XL.
Q: Will you be selling kids' swimsuits again?
A: Kids' swimsuits will not be in the 2024 collection.
Q: Do you offer maternity swimsuit options?
A: Yes! Check out our maternity page. While most of our swimsuit designs will work with a growing belly, the Bay Romper was designed specifically for pregnancy. We'd also recommend the Peppermint Dress for 2nd and 3rd trimester because both have an underlining with no waistband and they are extremely stretchy.
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We gladly accept returns of unsoiled, unaltered, unstained, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online or in person for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date your purchase is shipped from our warehouse. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning lotion, any bodily fluids, or other stains on items when trying on. Tags + hygiene liners must be attached and bra cups must be included in the returned packaging. Anything noted as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
When purchasing REDO, unlimited returns and exchanges are only applicable to items following the return policy. REDO will only cover the costs of return shipping costs for exchanges or store credit. Even if purchasing REDO, all shipping costs associated with any direct returns for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit in another form of payment. When your product is returned to our department, you will receive a notification via email from Redo that your order has arrived at our location. Then, our Returns Department at Honey Mark will receive, review, and inspect your return. Please allow 3-7 business days for this process to take place once we've received your order.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Discounted items are ineligible for exchanges. For full-priced item exchanges, once we receive your returned swimwear, we will process your new swimwear request. Exchanges must be made within 30 days.

Q: How do I take care of my Honey Mark products?
A: To care for your clothing pieces, we recommend gently washing in cold water with mild soap and laying flat or hanging to dry away from the sun. If you use a washing machine, wash on gentle cycle with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. In swimsuits, remove the cups before washing to help them keep their shape.

Q: Do you have a storefront or a place I can come try on your swimsuits and clothing?
A: We do not have our own storefront and our suits are not currently in any physical locations. We have a small showroom located in Lehi, Utah, that we occasionally open just for fittings, but we're hoping to expand to a storefront in the future.
